I love the feel of this serene scene. The lineart is messy, which adds--somehow--to the peacefulness that this piece has.

This is a really good attempt in doing a complete artwork in Photoshop. Mine was much more terrible when I first tried it out.

The glow around the fireflies is awesome and really does look like it is glowing.

The next time you do clouds, try using a bigger brush with a lower opacity and just paint over the area a few times until it comes out like a cloud. Leaving patches of background color actuall makes it a bit distracting. If you do want to have color in the clouds, do that on a different layers and then use layers settings like Opacity, multiply/dodge/etc until you find a setting that looks good on the clouds.

One other thing I wish to point out is the sun, you could use a brighter color, like pale-pale orange or yellow and use the glow effect you used on the fireflies on the sun. That should come out really nicely. =]

Keep drawing and painting!
